I have to give an absolute superstar rating to... read more Jorge for his service he was so helpful, his knowledge of the area and where to cycle was outstanding and I did some brilliant rides. He delivered extra supplies (puncture repair spray) to my hotel and was available by phone if I ever needed it (I didn’t). Even though he was officially closed, Jorge was available by phone and always came to the kiosk when needed. As I was renting the bike for 8 days, he gave me a special rate. On the final day my wife rented a mountain bike for our ride to Praia de Faro and that too was good. The bikes, especially the E-Bike, are well used but serviceable and good enough for local trips and use by day. I would highly recommend TOP and I cannot say enough about the fantastic customer service from Jorge.
