  We rented two E-Bikes for the day including helmets, locks and phone holder to use for google maps. We cycled ~40km from Vilamoura Marina to Faro, via Quarteira, Ancao, Quinta do Lago and Faro Beach, also taking in the natural beauty along Ria Formosa Natural Park. We opted to pay the extra €5 to have the e-bikes for the full day instead of just 3 hours. This allowed us to have lunch at the Bold Octopus restaurant on Quinta do Lago beach (somewhere I would definitely recommend but book in advance). We will definitely hire bikes again and will have no hesitation in returning here
